What the first meeting looks like

The first diagnostic meeting is at no cost and lasts up to 45 minutes. It takes place by video call (Google Meet or equivalent) or in person at either of our offices.

In that meeting we do three things:

  1. Understand the transaction or situation behind the enquiry.
  2. Identify which jurisdictions apply and which services you would need.
  3. Estimate an initial range of fees and timelines. If you decide to move forward, we formalise a closed written proposal before beginning work.
Before reaching out, prepare

The more specific the information you share, the more useful the first meeting will be. Helpful to have at hand: jurisdictions involved, nature of the transaction (purchase, sale, reorganisation, change of residence), deadlines if any, any relevant prior documentation (contracts, tax returns, previous opinions).

How quickly do you respond?+

We respond within 24 business hours to first enquiries. For active clients, the average response time is 4 business hours. For urgent matters with legal deadlines (tax authority notifications, SAT requirements, tax deadlines) we prioritise a same-day response.

Can I book a meeting with no commitment?+

Yes. The first diagnostic meeting is at no cost and with no commitment. Up to 45 minutes, by video call or in person. If after the meeting you decide not to proceed, there is no obligation or cost involved.

Do you serve clients from Mexico?+

Yes. A significant part of our portfolio consists of clients based in Mexico or with Mexico-Spain operations. Video call meetings are adapted to time slots compatible with Mexico City (CST/CDT). The Spanish phone line (+34 685 113 295) receives international calls normally and WhatsApp is the preferred channel for many Mexican clients.

Do you serve clients in Italian?+

Yes, in native Italian. All communication, documentation and meetings can take place in Italian. For Italian clients, this is the usual channel.

Do I need to travel to Toledo or Madrid?+

No. Most matters can be handled remotely through video call, email, WhatsApp and electronic signature. In-person attendance is reserved for situations where it adds real value: first meetings for complex projects, notarial appearances, in-person meetings with tax authorities.

Do you accept new clients at any time?+

Yes, with two considerations. First: we accept new clients subject to the KYC (Know Your Customer) protocol standard in the legal profession, with identity verification and source-of-funds checks. Second: during peak periods (personal income tax season, fiscal year-end close), response times for first enquiries may extend to 48-72 hours.
